How We Work
Placer delivers work readiness online training for young people in partnership with schools, colleges and universities. Our courses complement and build on existing training by allowing young people to apply soft skills in work based contexts and scenarios. Our courses are particularly well suited to vocational courses like T Levels, and includes a course on preparing for a job interview. The programme also includes a motivational launch event; shown to increase engagement and excitement in the programme. As well as a co-branded, digital and verifiable certificate awarded to those successfully completing the programme, great for sharing on social media and with potential employers!
All our courses are CPD accredited, providing a competitive edge where one is needed, for example a job interview or T Level placement. CPD can also set individuals apart in the job market, many candidates vying for particular roles often hold similar fundamental qualifications.
Graduates of the Work Readiness Programme are eligible to join and create a profile on the Placer Talent Network platform, becoming visible to employers looking to hire work ready talent.
We are a Careers and Enterprise Company Approved Provider and our courses satisfy the Gatsby Benchmarks 2,4,5,6,7,8 as well as helping to fulfil the Provider Access Legislation.

Pricing for Individuals
Our CPD-accredited online work readiness courses can be purchased by individuals either for themselves or for the young people they would like to support.
The programme of 16 CPD-accredited courses is £360 incl. VAT. You can pay now, or buy now and pay later with options to pay in 30 days, or pay monthly for 3 months, both interest free!
Pricing for Organisations
Pricing starts at £1,800 +VAT for 10 learners. Volume pricing is available for schools, colleges and universities, where the cost per learner significantly reduces based on the number of learners.
With our annual subscription model you can allocate up to 16 CPD-accredited courses to your students that they can complete over 12 months.
